The Grief to Grace Method Day 1 of 3

Day 1 is very different from The Grounding Blueprint. The Blueprint helped you stabilize when panic takes over… but this work goes deeper — into the emotional pain underneath the panic. In this session, you’ll learn how to feel the grief that has been sitting heavy in your chest — the heartbreak, the longing, the loneliness — and move it through your body instead of stuffing it down or pretending you’re okay. You’ll use gratitude, tapping, and breath in a new way: not just to calm the moment, but to release specific states of feeling and emotional states like stress, overwhelm, sadness, fear or panic. This is where you begin letting emotions move without drowning in them… so the wave passes instead of dragging you under.
