Week 4 Class 2

If you’re in the middle of an emotional wave—anxiety, sadness, panic, fear, or overwhelm—this class will help you calm it fast. In this 15-minute guided tapping session, you’ll learn why tapping works to soothe the nervous system and quiet the fear response in the brain. You’ll practice naming the emotion, tapping through each point, and gently shifting your body back into safety and steadiness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded—like you can breathe and think clearly again.
