If your emotions have been feeling confusing, overwhelming, or unsafe to express… this class will help you finally understand what’s happening inside you. In this guided session, you’ll learn how to name your emotions with clarity (so they stop building pressure in your body) and why simply labeling what you feel can calm your nervous system. Through breathwork, gentle movement, sound release, and a powerful emotional “alchemy” practice, you’ll let the emotion move without fear or shame. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more confident that your emotions are safe to feel.
