In this guided session, you’ll reconnect with your inner support using grounding heart-belly breathwork, a warm light visualization, and gentle self-holding. You’ll also meet your future self—the steadier version of you who reminds you that you’re not doing this alone. You’ll leave feeling safer, stronger, and supported from the inside out.
